Location: It is in Laixier, 700 meters from the town centre and 5 kilometers from Lekeitio. It is a quiet place next to the river, surrounded by fields, woods and hills. The buses for Lekeitio and Gernika stop very close to the house.

Provisions: the house fitted out for rural tourism is next to the owners´ farm. It is a two-storey building.
The ground floor has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms (outside the bedrooms), a kitchen and a living room..
There is a flat for 2-4 people: bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room with a sofa bed.
First floor: Two bedrooms with a bathroom and TV, kichen and living room. There is a also spare bed.

Provisions in the house:
- Living room (with TV).
- Central heating.
-Outside: barbecue, tables at the front door, garden, swing for children.
- Kitchen available. It holds 10 people and is fully equipped: TV, cupboards, washing machine, fridge, toaster, coffee-maker, microwave oven and a firewood kitchen.
- Room for 14 people altogether.
- Open all year round. Breakfast is also available.

Opening times: People must enter the house after 1 p.m., and leave by noon.
