Location: It is 600 meters away from Gerrikaitz, near the river, in the San Migel neighbourhood of Munitibar. It is a very quiet rural place, surrounded by apple trees and vegetable gardens. It is possible to swim in the river reservoir nearby.

Places to walk: The riverside near the Romanesque bridge is an excellent place to go for a walk. For those who like the hills, there is a fantastic route from here to Oiz hill. The house is surrounded by flowers and sculptures made by the owner´s son. He makes them in the house.
