Location

Amoroto is situated in the north of the valley, among Mendexa, Gizaburuaga and Aulesti. The most populated area of the town, or the urban area, is the neighbourhood called Elexalde, which stands at a hilltop. Elexalde is one of the most beautiful places in the valley. Amoroto is divided into four neighbourhoods: Elexalde, Odiaga, Ugaran and Urrutia.
